USE

Application Backup We offer a complete backup of your Oracle environment including configuration files, metadata repository, system files, and regular online backups. Patch Management We undertake patch management activities for your database. Application Monitoring We proactively monitor your Oracle system to manage live application requests, service activities, and transactions for improved capacity planning, resource availability, and end-to-end monitoring. Facilitation of Month-End and Year-End Closings We provide critical reports needed to facilitate month-end closings, such as lists of open transactions and transaction adjustments. Compliance Audits We can conduct periodic compliance audits based on customer-specific compliance parameters, e.g., identifying invoices that exceed customer credit limits or purchase orders that exceed vendor approval limits. TAR Coordination We initiate and monitor any TAR that needs to be submitted to Oracle Support.  We can respond to any TAR requests from Oracle on your behalf and monitor them until they are resolved.

 

EXTEND & IMPROVE
